Santhamma, the instructor is an elderly lady. Has 20 years experience as a tailor and also as a teacher.  The area Shalem nagar where we have our sewing centre is a  developing area but when she started her carrier as a tailor it is one of the slum areas in Narasaraopet.

Still there are people who are needy. Men are mostly rickshaw pullers and women as domestic helpers.

The instructor is locating such people and encouraging them to join the class. Among them there are  previous students who are successful in their carrier.
