Hi

Pics from Shoshana Sewing projects, Guntur.

Nirmala and Kamala, Sewing and Embroidery instructors at Shoshana project, Rajiv Gandhi nagar area, Guntur.

Shoshana started its work in India in the year 2000 with this sewing project.
Nirmala is our  first sewing teacher. Kamala, her daughter joined recently as an Embroidery teacher at the same project. Kamala is also a trained nurse, she could as well give medical support if there is a need.

So far Nirmala has been helping the needy women in this area for the past 16 years and propably this would be the last batch for her in Guntur as she is planning to move to a new place which is near to Guntur.

So far Shoshana  helped more that 150 women there by helping their families from this project for their better living. Not only the free training we see that they get a sewing machine.

Happy to know this training  made a difference in the lives of many needy women.
