Shoshana medical centres are usually staffed by a nurse who regularly sees patients for common rural health needs. These centres aren't full hospitals but are vital front line support for things like Minor illnesses like fever, cough, cuts and for check ups like hypertension and diabetes.

In rural areas like Karamchedu, people travel 30 minutes or more to the nearest hospital -  having a local facility helps them get help early and reduces health delays.

Shoshana medical centres are mainly set up to help needy people to manage their common health problems. Families do not have to walk long distances carrying sick people. Local treatment reduces physical and financial strain.

Fever,, diarrhea, dehydration, small burns, insect bites-these ae frequent in rural areas. Our first aid workers provide quick relief and guide people on when to seek further help besides teaching them about hygiene, wound care, using clean water etc

Villagers feel secure knowing someone is trained to help during emergencies. In remote areas, even small health issues can turn serious. Providing basic treatment on-site stops complications.
